1-Year Warranty Guarantee
We do offer a 1-year warranty on all our devices. We only replace items if they are manufacturer-defective, damaged or not working properly. To make a replacement request you must file a warranty claim using our form here. You can file a claim without registering your product for up to a year from the date of your purchase. Warranty Replacement Policy
We only replace items if they are manufacturer-defective or damaged under warranty claim. There are no exchanges for other devices. To make a replacement request, you must complete the following steps:

You will be required to supply a video and photos of the product describing and supporting your claim.
After you submit the form, you will receive a confirmation and instructions to return your product.

Once your product is received, you will be sent another confirmation with a tracking number for your replacement.
Cancelled Orders:
You may cancel your order and get a refund or credit only prior to your product shipment. Once the product is shipped, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. There are only these instances where a refund/credit may be granted:

To report an issue with your order and make a cancellation request the following steps are required:

One of our agents will contact you to make further arrangements regarding your request.
A 10% restocking fee applies if the order is canceled after shipping.
