Meet us online and experience: YOGA, TAI CHI, & SOULS DANCE CLASSES 1.) RESTORATIVE HATHA YOGA: Monday's @ 9AM / Wednesday's @ 6PM 2.)TAI CHI & QIGONG: Monday's @6PM / Thursday's @ 9AM 3.) SOUL'S DANCE: Wednesday's @ 9AM A mixture of stretches and breathing techniques while learning to be present and in sync with your breath and movement. Practice yoga safely and effectively with guidance from Vilija and Hilary who have been guiding individuals of all ages and levels for collectively over 16 years. These are techniques that you can practice anytime for your mind, body and soul well-being. -Tai Chi & Qigong - South Korean style of tai chi called Dahn Mu Do. You will experience light stretching, focused breathing, and slow movements. You can begin to feel new energy flowing through the body, a quieting of the mind and a peaceful strength from within. Benefits for both Yoga and Tai Chi can include but are not limited to: joint and muscle pain relief, decrease stress, anxiety and depression, increases energy and stamina, improves circulation, increases lung function, allows for more flexibility, balances and improves strength, and aids in restful sleep.

HIL & VIL NATURAL WELLNESS, LLC RELEASE, WAIVER, AND INDEMNIFICATION 1. I acknowledge that participating in the Class may include, but is not limited to, physical manipulation of my body parts, including holding various positions or yoga postures for short or extended periods of time, various physical exercises, and other meditative physical movements. I acknowledge that these activities involve known and unanticipated risks which could result in emotional distress, serious physical injury, or death. Risks include, but are not limited to, bruises, broken bones, torn ligaments, or other injuries as a result of falls or contact with other individuals; and damaged clothing or other property. I understand such risks simply cannot be eliminated, despite the use of best practices, without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity. 2. I understand and acknowledge that my failure to disclose relevant information may result in harm to me and/or others during the Class. I represent and warrant that my mental, physical, or medical condition enables me to participate in the Class without any special accommodation. I understand that if I am uncertain about any pre-existing medical conditions, it is my responsibility to consult with my physician prior to participating in this Class. I further agree to accept full responsibility for all expenses, including medical expenses that may derive from any injuries to me that may occur during my participation in the Class. 3. I expressly accept and assume all of the risks inherent in this Class or that might have been caused by the negligence of Hil & Vil. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary and I elect to permit their participation despite the risks. 4. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hil & Vil from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, or my use of their equipment or services, arising from negligence. This release does not apply to claims arising from intentional conduct. Should Hil & Vil or anyone acting on their behalf be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs. By registering for this Class, I am agreeing that I have read and understood this document and I agree to be bound by its terms.
